2. Choose a convenient pickup window

In more rural spots beyond the Beltline, we’ll group you into the nearest run. Either way, we’ll give you a realistic pickup window of a few business days.
3. Prepare your title, keys, and parking spot
Before pickup, sign your North Carolina title according to DMV rules and remove your personal items. Make sure the vehicle is parked in an accessible spot where a flatbed or hook-and-chain truck can legally stop—driveway, visitor space, street parking where allowed. Place the title and keys where our driver can find them, or arrange a handoff if you’ll be home.
4. Leave the paperwork with the vehicle
On pickup day, you don’t need to wait around if you’d rather not. Leave the signed NC title and keys in a secure, agreed-upon location in or on the vehicle—such as under a floor mat, in the glove box, or with a building office.
